RDI utilizes state of the art Inbound technology. We use an Automatic Call Distributor (ACD). Our system reads your 800 number and identifies your company to our reps, who then know how to answer your call. It's seamless to your customer.

Our ACD allows us to route calls by rep skill level, time of day, or type of call. We record the data and track the media source for you so you can more efficiently spend your Marketing and Advertising dollars.
