Through our experiences,
we have developed stringent quality-oriented procedures, which insure
that the customer's information is accurate and that they have a genuine
interest in the full parameters of the offer being presented. Our QA staff rigorously verifies 100% of all transactions in
live time prior to processing. We are very proud of the QA process that
has evolved. Through close partnering relationships and by utilizing existing
techniques from other types of programs, we have created a system which is unique to the industry. Our TSR's are well spoken, educated,
and very professional in their approach to the job. RDI is a privately
